Book your lessons a few weeks in advance, even before your seventeenth birthday. We may have a waiting list.

You can apply for a provisional license 2 months before your 17th birthday. You can obtain the license application form from Lecale House in Downpatrick. When you apply you must submit 2 colour photographs and confirmation of your identity. It's best to send your passport as well but if you can't do this you will have to have your photos authenticated by one of the following:< /br>

• Established Civil Servant
• Doctor
• Bank Official
• MP
• Police Officer
• JP
• Teacher
• Lawyer
• Local Councillor
• Engineer
• Minister of Religion
